Pricing Optimisation

In most companies, sub-optimal pricing is responsible for the majority of revenue being unnecessarily left on the table. Pricing is by far the fastest and most effective way to improve company revenue and profit.

Accurately quantifying what customers are willing to pay for your products or services is the key. Equally, identifying the price point at which your customers will start moving to your competitors allows you to increase prices without losing volume.

Our experience shows that the gap between what customers are currently paying and what they would be prepared to pay is often disturbingly large.

For example, we helped one of our clients recognise that they were under-pricing by more than 40%, giving the leadership team the confidence they needed to justify a price increase to the board.


Customer Retention

It’s easier and much more cost-effective to retain customers than to acquire new ones.  In addition, loyal customers spend more, buy more often and refer friends and family.

As a result, only a 5% increase in customer retention can increase company revenue by 25 - 95% which means loyalty leaders grow at more than 2x the rate of loyalty laggards.
